My family has been using Nate Crichton State Farm in Denver, NC for two years now and have zero complaints. Luckily, we have never had to file a claim, but if we were to have to do so, I feel very confident that we will be taken care of. Ultimately, we switched over to Nate in order to save money and to have a local carrier when we moved to Denver from Huntersville. One thing I know for certain is that I have received a lot more customer service from Nate in two years than I did in a total of nine years with our previous carrier. Nate will randomly call me a couple times a year and invite me to come in and review all of our policies to see if there are any changes that we might want to make. My previous carrier never called me a single time unless he was returning my call. That says a lot to me. We are very please with the service that Nate has provided our family.

I have been a customer of Nate since he first opened the office here in Denver and he has always exceeded my expectations. This past year I had water damage to my Hardwood Floors in my new home and not only did Nate ensure the adjuster and claims group was taking care of our needs, he came to our house to follow up on the visit from the adjuster. My wifes car was broken into at the kids school while I was out of town and Nate met her at the repair shop and made sure she was comfortable with the claim and repair process. Nate continues to earn my business every day. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a local agent that is part of our community.

We had a bad experience with Nate Crichton at State Farm insurance. We were insured with him for 4 years!! After 3 occasions of being treated rudely we decided to switch our insurance. We thought maybe when we were treated rudely the first time that he was just having a bad day but after 3 separate incidences we had enough! There are plenty of insurance agents out there that will treat you with respect and provide good customer service. We switched our insurance to wonderful, customer service oriented agent and also saved $300 on insurance. Bottom Line: there are many insurance agents out there that want you business, give them a call instead!

I agree with one of the reviews about customer service. We switched our insurance too because of this issue. We never once received a phone call and I called because I did have a problem the insurance agent, Nate, was not concerned at all with my issue. Would not recommend!

Nate and his staff are always helpful with questions. When I backed into another car in a parking lot with less than 800 miles on my car they were helpful and made the claims from both parties (me and the poor woman whose car I hit) as painless as possible.
