I have been in the car business for 29 years, many of them as a salesperson, now as a manager. Recently I sold a vehicle to a customer in North Carolina (I work for a dealer in upstate NY) who drove here to pick up his car. When I called his insurance agency to provide proof of coverage, I was welcomed on the phone by a woman who not only helped me with getting me the documents I needed, they were faxed to me within minutes of me getting off the phone with her! Before I got off the phone with her, I told her that in all of my years in the car business, I had never been greeted over the phone with such professionalism, courtesy, and kindness, and I meant it! They REALLY go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of, and they do it with a warm, friendly, upbeat manner that will leave you thanking THEM!
