Had trouble setting auto draft from the start. They do not inform you of fees that they will charge you with and when you call to inquire about them its the "too bad so sad" attitude even though there have been issues ever since.. Other insurance offices are about the same price with better ways of payments and better communication. EDIT: not everyone in this office is terrible, in fact a few were very helpful and did their best to help but unfortunately the lady in charge of billing is NOT where she appears to nice. Edit #2: Had a couple discussions and I think we just got off on the wrong foot. They team does do everything they can to be helpful and they really are the best insurance coverage in prices.

ON 08/12/2015 Joe Pomykacz , INSURANCE ACGENCY CLAIMED I HAD TWO CLAIMS. WHERE 2000.00 WAS PAYED OUT ON THE 12/02/2015 . THAT THE INSURANCE AGENCY STATED ON THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT WAS CHECKED OUT BYJoe Pomykacz AND THAT NO CLAIM WAS PROCESSED, BECAUSE THE INCIDENT WAS A SCAM BY THE OTHER DRIVER TO GET MONEY FROM MY INSURANCE. ON THE 12/02/2015 THEY RAISED MY INSURANCE PREMIUMS UP HIGH CLAIMING I HAD TWO ACCIDENTS . HE WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND , OR REWRITE THE INSURANCE PAYMENTS.
