I just recently purchased a new home in Forest Lake, MN and have been working with Cassie for many years now. She was so quick and prompt with making sure we got the exact insurance we needed in the timeline we gave her. She also got the information and paperwork over to our mortgage company and made it go very smooth. I love that I am able to contact her at any hours of the day by phone, text, or email to ask questions or even add additional toys to our policy. With the recent passing of my dad, Kim was very patient and helpful with updating my moms insurance policies. They have been a part of our family for over 30+ years and are truly fantastic.

Cassaundra Lyke and the rest of the team made my claim a easy process. She even stayed late after work on two days in a row. Also she made calls from home to make sure my car was repaired. She stayed in contact with me thru the entire process. I have had other insurance companies in the past. But they did not go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of on a daily basis. Cassaundra took the time to listen and understand my since of urgency. I will tell everyone I know about her and state farm. Dao was amazing, she made everything to easy to understand, and I found out that getting my insurance as a single driver was not hard at all.
