I let her know that I was looking for life insurance on my 2 grand kids and she came back with 3 options that were much better than the one currently in place. Jen ended up saving about $2000.00 per policy with the coverage going from $25,000 to $100,000 per policy I was very pleased with her service. There was a snafu with the main office and she kept me updated and got everything resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend her agency to anyone
