I have had nothing but the best help with everyone I have spoken with! When I was looking for home and auto insurance my agent was very helpful! They search to find me the best coverage at the best price! When my husband had a rock hit his windshield I made a call to make the claim. They wrote took some information down and told us to go anywhere to get it fixed. I have had nothing but wonderful and prompt professional service from this company! Kelly is my agent and is fabulous! I would recommend her and this company to everyone! I have never called and not got someone to speak with ever. They are always happy to help. Thank you all for your help!

I gave one star because I have to. Having been a long time "friend of the family" I have had insurance through Tom most of my life. Nothing but headaches. I have had three separate cars totalled because they did not insure my cars as requested, with comprehensive. Now I have a notice that my insurance has been cancelled due to lack of underwriting. They have caused countless problems for my family, including nearly getting a car loan revoked because they made a clerical error and had no follow up, just continued to rake in the premium.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service experiences with this agency. Any time I have not been able to get through to someone on the first try, I have left a message, and gotten a response within that same day. The agents that have worked with me have patiently explained everything, so that I understand what is going on with my policies at all times. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for great customer service and honest insurance agents.

Worst customer service ever..and if they switch your policy you better check i was switched but not apples for apples it cost me a fortune out of my pocket and tom wont back you up hes not worried about the customer at all..he just hopes you stop emailing him ..and never expect refunds they promise it never happens
