As a client for over a year now, I have not always had excellent experiences dealing with representatives at National Credit Care, which is disappointing because I was referred from a trusted source. However, I called yesterday to get an update and spoke with a representative, Pricilla Martinez, that was able to educate me and provide thoughtful guidance and specific attention to my file (which is confusing at times). The most important aspect of this exchange that prompted me to write this review, was her willingness to research and issue I was having and follow up and reconnect with me rather than leaving me to start fresh with another rep unfamiliar with my file, to have to re-explain everything etc. She was patient and thorough, and during our conversation she actually identified a discrepancy in my file that no one else had mentioned in the past. I look forward to speaking with her again. I felt that I received something valuable in return for the many hundreds I have spent in monthly fees over the past year+. I encourage NCC to consider assigning clients to specific agents in order to offer a more personal source of contact. Credit issues are very personal and clients should not have to deal with a new rep each time they call, and familiarize that rep with their issues and goals. There is no accountability or reason for reps to invest energy in client cases with this current structure. I would gladly wait to hear back from an assigned rep who may be off that day or on vacation over dealing with a new person every time. If this were possible I would hope to be connected with Pricilla or someone with similar professionalism and competency.

I applied for a loan back in july 2014 and was denied so i was referred over to national credit care to help me with my issues i joined in august 2014 and was told it would not take me that long to get where i needed to be as i had NO scores on 2 bureau only had a car that i was paying on and they only reported to one..i have been very surprised and pleased with the outcome i have gotten so far several items have been removed as a matter of fact i only have a handful left and they are only reporting to one bureau once my car fell off i had 0 positive credit reporting in all my time i was NEVER able to open a store card cause of my credit history and 3 months ago i was able to finally open a fingerhut account with ease and i would not have been able to do it without these guys they have truely been a blessing to my family..building your credit takes time and you cant expect it to just be done overnight i have been with them 9 months and i am so happy and appreciative for the success that has been done i have maybe about another 3-5 months and i will be able to make my families dreams come true and get a house to call our own i highly recommend this company the staff and very professional and understanding with all questions and concerns you may have i just spoke to Colton Mitchell and he was a great help he gave me so much positive feedback on how well my case is going and that i am a great success story so please anyone who is having an issue and you want it fixed i highly recommend this company and its affordable as well to fit anyone budget...HATS OF TO NATIONAL CREDIT CARE the best business i have worked with in my life!!!

Run away from this company. They lied to me. I was in process of getting a home loan and was 9 points away and the mortgage company of all people the mortgage company referred us to them. They said there was something on my credit that they can remove and i will be able to actually get 15-20 more points so yes i agreed to it. Come to find out they did send out disputes, but the disputes were for my current student loan and my current home mortgage that i have on another house. I cant believe they did that. They were aware of those items on my credit and they should have never touched them. Come to find out there was nothing on my credit to dispute. They just told me that so they can get the upfront fee. That was back in december 2015 now its january and they want more money. I told them to cancel and i am not paying anymore for services that i have not gotten. So we will see if they have actually canceled. Run away from these people. Oh and plus they were nice upfront, but when you call them they are so rude and the rep petson that signed us up has become rude also and never returns phone calls. Just want to say that I have been working with NCC for about 45 days, and I can already see progress with my credit report. (Things being deleted). I have worked with about 3 different representatives, but by far Kelsey Calvert is a great representative. I called and left her a message that I had a quick question, and I had a call back within the hour. When I did speak with her, I truly appreciated that she was very thorough in answering my questions and explaining the process to me, especially since my husband and I are both receiving services and trying to understand the process. She was also patient with listening to my questions, and I felt she was truly listening to me. I must admit, before talking to Kelsey, I felt that the some of the other representatives were talking really fast and just trying to rush me off the phone. The message they related to me is that I have something better I could be doing. Before talking to Kelsey, my husband and I were thinking about cancelling our services because we felt the company just wanted our money. Now, we feel differently. Thanks Kelsey Calvert for changing our views!!

If you are having some doubts that this might be another credit repair scams, stop right there. National Credit Care has brought our credit score up 100+ points! Now this did not happen over night, we have been with them for 1 year (they had a lot of work to do), but we were thrilled as we did not think that they would be able to take off a couple of the collection disputes, which they did. (Not only improving our Fico Score, but saving us a few thousand dollars as well) A shout out to Merritt Dietz, who worked closely with us, answering questions, and going out of her way to make sure we were able to accomplish all that we have. We have since recommended National Credit Care to our family members, and they too are receiving the same results. The one thing that helped our decision to go with this company, is that they work on a month to month basis, and stop whenever you want them too. You are not "committed" under contract to stay if you are not happy. Then if down the road you are in need of their help again, they pick up right where they left off. I highly recommend this company.

Today I had a great experience with a representative by the name of Gentry Dietz. She did a outstanding job with me explaining to me where there were in the process and what there next plan of action was. What I really like was she could give me accurate status of what I have sent in to their company and the date they receive it and what the documents was and what their next item action was. The reason why I say this is because I was waiting to see if she was going to tell me exactly what I want to hear, and she did without me asking. That simply tell me they are on top of their game. She was very thorough about the process and guide me on what I need to do on my end to improve my credit history. Now I not just saying this to be saying something cause I hate writing reviews. But in this case Nation care is out to help people the truly want to be help. You got to go through the process and give them some time to fight for you. Gentry Dietz you are very professional and thorough. keep up the outstanding customer service skill set. Thank you

Absolutely horrible, had them for a year, consistently called them to get updates which were the same over and over again. Pulled my report with them and gave me my three scores, which were good, applied for my house and all three scores were off not by a little, one of which was off by 147 points. Called to complain, got sent to 4 different people only to be told they will review the case and notify me within 24-48 hrs, 6 days later, called, they had no idea what I was talking about. Complained to management. Was told I would get a free month for the inconvenience, still got charged and when I called they had no idea again. Finally called to cancel, put on hold with 7 different people with a total wait time of 44 min, to get some guy with an attitude and then try to talk me into staying one more month to review my files and see what he could do. Honestly thinking about filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Save your money, they are garbage, and the money your going to use on them, put it towards ur bills! Retired Military Vet

Oliver was amazing with me. I was a bit upset as I had emailed a request to get an update on my account & NEVER got a response or a call back. I got a new card from my bank, I had forgotten to update it and sure enough I was getting calls for that and email. Needless to say I was unhappy with being ignored and no one reaching to me. I called and spoke to Oliver, after explaining the situation he apologized and went through my file with me. Made me feel more comfortable with the company. He gave me his contact information should I have a question he said he will get back to me. He really took my concern as if it were his own. I really appreciated that as I felt that he truly cared. Oliver is the reason I am still in business with this company. Besides his great customer service, national credit care has really taken care of ridding some ugly history from my credit. I am confident that I will soon be able to own my home. Thank you Oliver and thank you national care.

I was originally skeptical about paying for credit repair, as there seems to be soo much conflicting information. I had a house under contract to buy in May of this year. The deal fell apart when some older collections appeared at the time of securing the loan. My credit dropped down to about 580, and I was very discouraged. I decided to give the credit repair a try. Emily, was my account manager, and she expained everything very well. She not only told me what her company could likely accomplish but she also had good general advice about a long term plan. Anyway, not much happened in the first couple months, and then after the third month, I started seeing things drop off. It is now October and I just purchased a new car at the Honda dealership with a 780 score. Amazing. .. I am soo gratefull and cannot thank Emily enough. I have been sending everyone I know to National Credit Care. They are all very professional, and they get results. Highly recomended!

After our phone conversation I am very confident that I will achieve my goals on building my credit to the potential score it should be. Jade is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I am happy to call her my new credit care advisor. I have been a client for a few months now, as everyone knows building credit can be a very difficult and confusing task, In the few short months that I have been a client of NCC i have seen Amazing results in the build of my credit. The information given is always 100 percent accurate as well as the advice. The customer service is outstanding! ! The program honestly works! I’ve seen a jump in my credit from a 590 (Poor) to a 641 (fair) in a month. Danielle M. is a one of the credit repair specialist at home assist. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very patient on explaining how credit works to your advantage by providing tips and information on achieving your goal. Honestly, I would have left the program if it was for her. My last assigned credit representative, rarely informed me of the credit progress, investigations that took place or called to check in. After speaking with several credit reps that seem like they had no clue… I was then transferred to Danielle, she was able to clarify and help me better understand the process and the benefits of the program. The only reason I did give the 5 stars was due to the constant call for payment. It anyoyed me. I definitely would recommend to anyone trying to repair their credit in a short amount of time.
