The individuals at the bank are great and try to be helpful, but there are endless restrictions and fine print and whenever anything is "sent in" to the powers that be it gets lost or messed up somehow. I wasted a YEAR with this bank because the tellers are so lovely and try so hard, but really just keep driving past this bank!
