The reps are not honest in representing the terms and agreements. I wanted to a 2 year agreement and he said no problem. I did not realize he actually made the agreement for 3 years until I was changing credit card companies for a much lower rate. FYI, they only offer 3 year contracts. I cancelled my account at the end of the contract but continued to be charged. It has taken me two weeks and countless phones calls to resolve this issue. The average wait time to speak with a representative is 30 minutes plus, you are transferred several times without a resolution and the promise to follow up, which they never do.You can not get a straight answer from the reps or a supervisor. regarding a timely solution. Request all information to be emailed to you for your records. I believe this delay tactic is for the client to give up. Huntington which is my bank that recommended the First Data credit card will offer no assistance in the matter. Buyer beware of this credit card company!!

Steve the representive of disputes is very unprofessional michelle claimed that she found the double charges and steve claimed there was only one charge yet the app showed two and michelle said she found the double charges now steve can not find them and is avoiding my calls which is very unprofessional especially when I have questions on how to get my money back he was also surprised I knew my transaction history and was being sarcastic on the phone this company I have had many problems with this tops them all and I do not reccomend the money network card

our contract ended and we canceled the service back in nov 2015 but the rep we talked to never noted it in the system that we want to cancel service. a year has gone by and we noticed no statement sent any more and they are still taking money from our account. customer service is rude and tries to make it look like a supervisor is never available. dont use them at all. we started using square and we are saving more money this way then using first data plus we dont get. We intend to get our attorney involved in this matter.

A terrible company. I was misled into a leasing agreement for credit processing equipment. I NEVER received the equipment nevertheless they kept my account open and finally after time and time again when I requested to close the account they sent me a collection letter for an amount over $3000. I was told if not paid it will go against my credit report. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!! I wish I could give them zero star.

Beware they will not offer you the best rates. They will only offer you Tiered Pricing unless you know about interchange plus pricing. They do not get back to you in a timely fashion. If you call and want to talk to a person be prepared to wait for an hr or more. They do perfom the job at the rates quoted which is the only reason I did not rate them as poor.
