If i could give it no stars i would...The team that has been working on my mothers case is or should i say was....a complete and utter joke. If they had spent more time on her case. Treating her like a valued client, rather than lining their own pockets first i wouldnt have to be paying to get these papers notorized to releave them of their services. my mother was involved in accident where she was just a passenger and took most of the blow. Its been nearly a year and my mom of 52 had to do all the leg work for hwr own case gather all the paper work and ben gets all thw credit....not this time partner....screen employees better. she had to people that have been fired or quit at the firm that were tending to her case or the lack there of. so congratulations to those who chose Danial Stark or Zimmerman....becase after her extensive medical bills my mom would be only getting..300 dollars , and. abbot gets half that.....since they were on the clock too i suppose....Ben Abbott the team on my mothera case was a joke and mad you in my opinion the most inconsiderate down right greedy and slummiest law firm out there...carefull think your letting your white trash show just a little

I greatly regret not coming to Ben Abbot from the beginning of my case. Im no where close to my case being settled so this review is based on the last couple of weeks that they have had my case. I LOVE THEM! Such a notable difference betwen the previous law firm and them. They keep me up to date on my case! Thats a new one for me. They appear to be working hard on my behalf and they have engendered a sense of trust which I didnt have for my previous attorney. I will keep the reviews coming with my case progress. 01/09/17 Recieved my welcome kit in the mail today. Why? Completely unnecessary and unexpected BUT yeah....I LOVED IT. THESE GUYS CONTINUE TO REMAIN GREAT! Wish I could show a pix but it included: 1. Headphones 2. A shirt 3. A First Aid kit 4. Lip gloss 5. Hand sanitizer 6. A car charger 7. A cup 8. A peppermint in the shape of a car...cute 9. Hot sauce ( Its a Texas thing ) 10. A 12$ GIFT CARD TO SUBWAY!! 11. 2 nice writing pens (I love pens) 12. A power bank!!!!! As a person who loves a gift....this was great. Now its time to litigate.... Will keep you updated!

I found this attorney online. i regret it so much. Marcus Reyes came to my home to sign me up and talk about my case.This was 2 weeks ago, i have not heard from him since then. I have called the office everyday to get a status. I always have to leave messages. when someone does call me back, Isabel (the attorneys assistant) says she will have to call me back because she has little or no info. (the case is still being investigated). I think this is rediculous.As a client, i should not have to be going through this. I am already going through enough due to an auto accident. The receptionist has NO customer service etiquette. I am sick and tired of calling and she cuts me off by asking my name and then doesnt tell me shes about to transfer me or to whom, she just says "your name" and ten all of a sudden you here a voice mail come on and you have to leave a message. I am so disgusted with this office. Please, do not waste your time.

I was in a car accident with my wife and and kids and man let me tell you they helped me right away. Someone from their office went to my home and signed all of us up right away and my truck was fixed ASAP and didnt have to deal with no running around with the dealership or te rental company. As for my physical pain I was trwated at a great clinic they advised me to go to and my case was setted ASAP! My accident was in May and I am now finished. Thanks for the grwat help Ben Abbott. Any one that needs his help go ahead and call their office.

I hired the attorney Ben Abbott back in Feb 2011 i was injuried in a car accident and i needed help with my wreck, Ben Abbott was quick to take in my case and get me too a chiropractor as soon as possible. My family and I were in a car accident which we were hit by a driver(teenager) who wasnt payimg attention and passed a red light. Right away Ben Abbott and his office helped my case get underway and started on it the next day. Fred Loya didnt want to pay anything but he did a great job settleing our case in a bit less that 6 months!!! I surely do recommend him if you have an accident.

They only want to collect there cut of your workerscomp benefits. But wont answer your phone calls or emails, until you get up in there business. Your better off with another firm
