Anyone knows a car accident can cause chaos in your life. When this happens you need an experienced team that knows how to jump through the hurdles of the legal system. After I was t-boned by a driver my world turned upside down. I was referred to Winters & Yonker by a friend. I had no transportation after the accident; Winters & Yonker promptly accommodated me by sending one of their attorneys, Christopher Reynolds, to my residence who explained my options and made me feel comfortable with the process. It was like talking to a best friend. Their team handled my case professionally and dealt with hurdles I encountered along the way with care and diligence. When the driver contested fault, Chris accompanied me in court to offer me his support and ensured I understood that process. I found Marc Yonker to be an excellent negotiator, one of the best I’ve encountered in the professional world. And his legal assistant, Kara Sapelli, was top-notch. I highly recommend their team!

Looking for a good lawyer. If you do not think your case is going to win a lot of money these guys are not for you. They will accept your case and when they see it is not worth their time they will drop you. They even had my wife sign a retainer agreement and had her to go a doctor of their choice. Then all of a sudden they write her(could not even be bothered to call) and said it was not the kind of case they would be interested in.

horrible. they drop my case becuase i would not go threw there pyramid scheme doctors. they had about 5-6 people handle my case went from a small attorney to head attorney. as soon as i started treating medically with doctor office who they did not approve of they started ignoring my calls and dropped my case without notifying me or nothing. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.
