I am writing for my friends Dennis and Jackie Huls. I was visiting them this week and the temperatures were unbearable. We called two companies to install an air conditioner and decided to go with Airmaxx after talking with Alex, the manager. He was very patient about going over all the details. He took his time and looked at the furnace and the vents in all the rooms. He gave two different options and fair pricing. My friends asked him if it could be I stalled right away. They came out the next morning around 8:30 were finished by 12. They encountered a problem with a furnace and took care of the problem without asking for more money. They were quiet, courteous and cleaned up all the areas they worked in. Alex came back at the end and explained everything in detail and made sure my friends knew that they could call him anytime. I am impressed by their level of efficiency and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went years without A/C in my current home, but with the summers seeming to get hotter every year, I finally gave in to purchase an a/c unit. Airmaxx was recommended to me from a friend who used them for air conditioning repair and I would certainly pass on the same recommendation. Alex came out the next day after I called in, assessed my home and provided a recommendation for the proper size unit. A few days later his install team came out and performed the air conditioning installation. Loving the A/C on hot days and overall I had a great experience!

Airmaxx took very good care of us. Our air conditioner broke during a 90 degree week and we had out of town guests. Alex came out the day after I called and diagnosed the problem. Even though it was a weekend, he assured me my unit would be repaired quickly and a crew was here first thing Monday morning. Everything was fixed, Alex and the crew were very professional and my house is cool again! I would definitely recommend Airmaxx!

My experiences with this company have been nothing short of stellar! I bought my unit with Air Maxx about 5 years ago, unfortunately the unit stopped blowing cold air. They came out the same day, literally a couple hours after I called and replaced the warrantied part to correct the issue. Your customer service was outstanding! Great service. Great price. Excellent advice and workmanship. Perfect cleanup. I doubted all the 5 star reviews I saw but I am now a believer. This is one of the best (if not the best) contractor I ever hired. They removed and replaced an old furnace, air conditioning unit and ducting in half of our home. I will have them back to do the other half without question.
