The first time I visited their office I knew I was in good hands and was going to get the support I needed moving forward. Steve Goff and his staff helped me though a painful and emotional 3 + years in many ways. They were very diligent with all communications, they promptly and respectfully answered any questions or confusions that came up for me. Steven Goff seems to be a knowledgeable lawyer. He led us to believe we had a strong case against a very obvious and proven mold issue in a rental we were living in and made us feel that he would represent us and something would come of it. 6 months go by and we get a typed letter stating that he would not make enough profit on our case and wished us luck on our own. Such a waste of time at this firm.
