First i must say how grateful i am to Attorney Shanley for the hope and assurance he gave me that my case would be resolved amicably. I had an Excellent Experience - Fantastic Lawyer. I was working as a hospital nurse when a hallucinating patient attacked me breaking my back in 3 places. I had 7 surgeries and there was no way I could work. The social security office still turned me down. I needed assistance and a sharp confident lawyer. Patrick Shanley was right on task, got to work quickly and won my case. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into his office all the way through the entire process. He always responded promptly to emails and phone calls, and he answered all my questions and more.

Very unprofessional and unprepared in the court room we were actually embarassed with the representation. A used car salesman demeanor to new customers in a desperate attempt to get business. Dishonest! Even the positive reviews on this site are obviously posted by himself or a friend. Check it out...first off not that many people actually post reviews in the first place and to have so many in such a short amount of time is extremely unlikely. Also two on the same day is slim to none and to have one with a first name of him and the other his boss is also suspicious. stay away! Cheap rates, but you get what you pay for.

Attorney Justin is kind, comforting, professional and VERY helpful. I was having trouble with SSI taking away my money and saying I was over paid. I wrote emails to several lawyers in Lowell for help but attorney Justin was the only one that offered me assistance. She is so nice and very helpful! She explained everything to me and helped me get the over payment issue solved right away. I would definitely recommend hiring her for any of your SSI or disability cases!

I was arrested for a crime which I did not commit. the police arrested me even though they made me think that they were going to let me go. I was insulted and hurt that they would trample on my rights. I decided to fight. I called the law office of Patrick Shanley and spoke to them. they quoted me a price and stuck with it. We went to trial and I go t found not guilty in front of a judge. I was very happy. I would tell anyone that they are the best guys.
