Having been professionally associated with Burgess Williams for the past 6 years, he is my “go-to” person for my clients seeking fair and compassionate justice for their personal injury needs. Mr. Williams is a highly skilled litigator who takes the time to listen to his clients’ needs and concerns to develop a strategy to get them the best possible outcomes for their injuries. One of Mr. Williams’ most valuable skills, in my opinion, is that he is fully bilingual in Spanish. He is not only conversant in Spanish, but has an advanced understanding of medical terminology. I hired Jon Clark, a new attorney with Zinda & Davis, after a VERY drunk driver backed into me and smashed my body as I was standing at a food trailer one night. As we all know, insurance companies (especially those paying on behalf of the party at fault) will absolutely not work in your best interest, so protection from a legal team these days is necessary.
