Last fall a bird pecked a hole in our stucco chimney, and we called Xceptional Wildlife Removal to trap the bird and repair the damage. They were unable to trap the bird, but they did spray a bird deterrent around the chimney area and repaired the hole, and all was well. Unfortunately the bird came back in less than a month and caused more damage. I called the company to see what, if anything, they could do (without charging me the same amount all over again). The owner (Geoff) came out personally to the house to follow up on the problem. He assured me he would fix the damage, no charge, and that is now exactly what has happened: the look of the chimney is vastly improved and hopefully the bird will not come back. In addition, the owner is a very nice guy, completely sincere and concerned about customer service. His assistants were also excellent -- they took the time to explain everything, and they did a great job. Fast, friendly, responsible, and top-quality work. Highly recommended!!!!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! We began having a mouse issue October 2014 and were able to capture one using Northwest Exterminating that only worked off of the "sticky pad & peanut butter method." They did not help with finding the source of the issue and only came out possibly once a month unless I had to call and practically beg for someone to come out after sight of a mouse. After yet again witnessing another mouse I called Xceptional Wildlife Removal at 7:00 am Thursday morning, Geoff was out at 9:30 AM that same morning and within 24 hours was able to catch 4 mice AND find the source of entry! He was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable about the situation. Since then he has been out to check on our house and keeping us posted with photos and detailed updates, and will be out several times during the week to check on things. I cannot explain how much of a lifesaver he has been and HIGHLY recommend his services!

We heard some noises in our attic, and come to find it was a couple families of raccoons. Xceptional sent out 2 biologists very quick and diagnosed the problem. These guys sure knew their stuff! They found several places where they were gaining access to the home and a lot of feces in the attic. Our doctor said the feces may have been what was making my wife so sick. Shane and Geoff eradicated the home of raccoons quickly, sealed up so they cannot return, and they even removed the contaminated insulation and replaced with new insulation. They sanitized our attic and made us feel safe again. When we had termites, they recommended another company, Cooks, who they said was honest and reliable. I was very impressed with how dedicated they were with solving our problem and making us satisfied. Great work!

First of all, let me say that my initial contact with this company was awesome. Very professional and very upbeat. Shane McGraw came to my house as scheduled and he removed the bird in my attic. Fearless, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and creative. He and this family owned company really relieved my fears. I thought I had a squirrel or other rodent activity in my attic but it turned out to be a bird. Shane took care of it quickly and made me feel 100% safe again. We had birds take up residency in one of our bathroom vents. We called Xceptional Wildlife Removal and they sent out newly hired, Johnathan Evans. He did a great job removing the nest, cleaning out the vent, spraying it down with some cleaner, and working very hard to recap and cover the opening. We will definitely use Xceptional again for any future problems and refer them to our family and friends!

Xceptional Wildlie Removal is just that...EXCEPTIONAL! We had two giant snakes in our back yard and Teddy came out and removed them in 3 minutes! 3 minutes!! He took them and safely removed them! What a great company! Technically exceptional and customer service was fantastic. I had a previously poorly installed exclusion system that Xceptional was able to come in and remedy the situation. I had old insulation removed and new insulation installed in the attic. I appreciated the extra care and extreme responsiveness. Geoff is the best!

Teddy has been to my house twice now and has checked for animal activity, thankfully he found no evidence of the animals being there. He was extremely honest and helpful. Teddy is awesome. I came home from work today and our yard person found a snake in our yard. I called Teddy and he was over within 30 minutes. Teddy removed the snake and luckily he came over right away as it turned out to be a Copperhead! Excellent service.
