If you are looking for new heating and cooling equipment, shop around all you want but make sure you include the Indoor Comfort Team on your list. They are professional, experienced, well trained, thorough, courteous, punctual, and reasonably priced. When our furnace went out, we had Adam give us a bid for a new Furnace, Air Conditioner, Air Cleaner, Thermostat and Humidifier. He explained the products available and after asking several questions regarding our needs and analyzing our home, he gave us 3 options for a good, better and best system. Upon making our decision, his team installed everything within a week. We even received a follow up phone call afterwards to ensure we were happy with our purchase. During the whole process we never felt pressured. If anything, by the time he left we were well informed and could make a intelligent decision on the right system for our home. The Indoor Comfort Team knows how to run a business where the customer comes first.

Our experience with Indoor Comfort Team was wonderful...will definitely have them back...they were on time for the appt., were very professional and personable, worked hard, did an outstanding job, took before and after pictures of all the ducts as they cleaned them, visited with me about everything they were doing. ROn was very conscious of keeping his shoes covered and clean while walking throughout the house. I had a great experience with Indoor Comfort Team. We needed to upgrade our heating system. The service technician that came out was Mike and he was wonderful! He took the time to answer all of our questions. We had received quotes from other local companies and all were much more $. The installation was quick and the installers were very courteous.

Quick Response and Professional. We have used Indoor Comfort Team for many years. We even used them to replace our furnace and air conditioner six years ago. They come out twice a year to check our system and provide service as needed. They are always on time clean and efficient in their work. We were on the list for 2 weeks for our appointment and we rearranged our schedule then we get a call to reschedule. This happens everytime we schedule an appointment then we get a call to reschedule. We should not have to inconvenience ourselves for this company. For as much money as they charge for these service agreements you would think they would hire more people to help.

Mike is a great service technician. He is super friendly and explains everything very clearly. Most importantly to us, he is super dog friendly and set our dogs at ease rather than ignore them and walk around them which makes them even more nervous.
