My package unit would not turn on so I called Summa and Tony for service. They responded within 15 minutes and had the ac blowing in another 15 minutes and I was charged only for the service call as no parts were needed. I used them a second time to install a thermostat and again they were extremely prompt and I was without air for 10 minutes. They have provided exceptional service at very reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing ac or heating service.

My unit stopped working and the company I had been using tried to sell me an off market unit. They said they would give me an invoice for a higher seer rated unit. I called Summa and they came right away. They quoted the same price for a better and higher seer unit. It was installed the following day. They were efficient and very clean. They have been servicing my unit since. They have always been on time and worked efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Lots of selection and explanations for the pricing. The office team, Sue, in particular was professional and did constant follow-ups. The date was set for the air conditioning unit to be installed and heating unit. They were on time, professional, and neat. I know there are bigger places to go to, but their qualifications, backing of their product, and follow up was excellent!

This company is reliable, quick to respond, efficient and friendly. They made sure the job was complete and I was satisfied before leaving. A/C repair is expensive especially when parts are needed.
