I was referred to The Law Offices of Barton Morris through a friend who is an attorney. When I first met Mr. Morris, he was not only very professional, he clearly cares deeply about people. He spent time with me asking and answering questions. And he LISTENED to me proactively. I felt that he valued my time and never made me feel rushed. His associate, Ms. Achenbach, worked on my case. She is also very friendly and professional. She was very responsive to my correspondence and always organized and attentive to every detail. Additionally, Ms. Achenbach is clearly extremely intelligent and highly effective. She was able to resolve my case with the best possible outcome. I felt relieved the moment I retained the Law Offices of Barton Morris and that relief was warranted. I cannot imagine what I would have done without the services of these attorneys as well as their friendly staff. I highly recommend them without any reservations whatsoever. They are truly a credit to their profession!

I went to Barton Morris to help me restore my drivers license after the first attempt with another attorney was denied a year before. Barton and Charlotte were so confident that I was going to get my license restored (restricted w/ ignition interlock) that Barton guaranteed it or he would do the next one for free. However, shockingly the hearing officer at the Secretary of State denied my appeal. Barton did not hesitate one bit to appeal the decision at the circuit court. Between Barton and Charlotte working on my case they successfully appealed the SOS decision and I now have my full driver license restored with no restrictions. I sincerely thank Barton, Charlotte, and Christina for all their diligent work in preparing/presenting my case and helping me get my life back in order!

Now he is not replying to emails . Total Scumbag . Had me sign a plea agreement saying the The state of Michigan would grant me a restricted license in 45 days . however the state of Michigan will not because i am not a resident of the state . A great lawyer would have knew this. Be careful . I think this guy is working with the prosecutor . He sells his clients out . I have lost thousands of dollars because of this. This dude is bad . Google Detroit news. His name does not come up except when he defend Child Molester . Looks like i got to hire another lawyer to fix this and also report this scumbag to the state of Michigan
