Avoid. If you press 1 for new client they will be on the phone ASAP. Other wise, my ex-wife called and and gave them my personal info and they started a case. Never called me until she did not call back. When I told them they could not file a claim with my info they hung up on me. I bet they are in good physical shape, lots if ambulances to chase.
