Working with Jeff was incredible - really one of those people you remember when you look back at a moment in your life. I contacted Jeff when I first thought of buying and touched base with him again when I was a little over a year away. I thought I was much further away. He spent time with me, more time than I would spend with a prospective client so far away from the sale. Jeff gave me clear instructions and a breadth of information for my options. I defaulted on a lot of credit when I was just out of school, 15 years later living with cash I had no credit. Jeff gave me suggestions where to go and how to get credit. I knew that I had to pay for it so to speak. After almost a year I had a 740 credit score with Amex, Discover and a slew of Capital Once cards all with little to no balance. My wife fell in love with what was to be our first home. Jeff found a lender that would work with my newly established credit. He was there even way into the late hours. Jeff was serious about getting me the loan I needed. He pushed as though we would close the loan in a matter of a few weeks. My realtor who was also just great through all of this thought that my loan would take 45-60 days. It was a USDA. We closed in about 30 days - way faster than anyone other than Jeff could have hoped. My husband and I recently purchased a new home with Jeff. However, this was not our first mortgage acquired with him. We had previously worked with him in moving from a one bedroom condo to a two bedroom condo which we bought through a short sale while also deciding to keep our one bedroom as a rental property in a last minute decision. Where the wait was so long through the short sale process and I was quickly approaching maternity leave, the circumstances of the sale changed mid-way through the process and again with our decision to hold on to our original property, but Jeff was able to maneuver everything so the sale was still successful. We could not thank him enough and never would have considered using another mortgage broker after that. Jeff understands the urgency of the real estate business, and because of this, seems to make himself available no matter what time of day or night. He is very informative and will take whatever time necessary to explain each and every scenario until you feel comfortable in your transaction. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff. Trust me, he is the man you want on your team when purchasing a home.
