While I have not had an issue with WPCU, I have had issues with their mortgage originator, Tina Gibbs. She took days to respond to our original request to get in contact with her (how hard is it to make a phone call?) We finally got to schedule an appointment, but I realized later I made an mistake in reading my schedule and needed to pick another meeting time. I left several voicemails (she never once answered her phone) and she never called us back until we went back to Wright-Patt and had to ask the teller for help in dealing with her. We finally scheduled another meeting, and she was very rude and condescending to speak to. We are first time home buyers and not at all familiar with how to get approved for a mortgage. I would not recommend working with Tina if you have any other options. It has not been a pleasant experience.

Great experience in person, way better than banks. Terrible for calling to ask questions. SO hard to get a PERSON on the phone. No locations have their direct phone numbers listed on their website, so making a quick call to ask a simple question is very difficult.
