Mike quite literally made it possible for us to buy our home. Although we have solid earning potential, we had been told by other brokers that we were unfundable because my husband is an hourly contractor and I had just quit my job. Mike worked with us anyway and made the process fairly easy and painless. He made himself available in the mornings and evenings to accommodate our schedule and came to our apartment to explain the loan application page by page. We had several questions and were generally curious about how rates work, so Mike drew diagrams and patiently delved into details to be sure we understood not only what we were signing but also the broader landscape of the mortgage industry. It was apparent he had been doing this for a long time and he knew the ins and outs of the industry. It was also obvious that he personally cared about getting us the best rate. It was reassuring to know he was handling things for us and I feel lucky we happened upon his Yelp page. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family.

Contacted Mike prior to our move from the East Coast as we wanted to start house hunting as soon as we arrived. He worked with us to get our pre-approval ready for our arrival. Mike was extremely responsive to any questions. No request was too much for Mike and he even worked late with our real estate agent the night before his vacation to get a solid approval ready for our offer. Unfortunately that deal fell through before we even put our offer in, but we really appreciate how willing Mike was to help out with such short notice.
