Tom C.. Best in the business. Tom worked on my file as if it were his own. He explained every step to me in full detail and in regular people terms. Tom answered every question,and concern I had with pin point precision. Tom also checked up on me after a few months and also reminded me of my other options I had after a year in. We are currently working together again to even better his best. I highly recommend Tom Cacciola. Tom Russo also another class act at Coltrain. He too was phenomenal from start to closing. He is a man of his word and went above and beyond to also help in securing my mortgage. It was not an easy mortgage so if you need expertise and precision with non stop diligence Tom Cacciola and Tom Russo are the men for the job. I would go as far as to say they are short sale experts. Honestly without them I would still be without a home. Two mortgages failed before I went to them. There was a GINORMOUS difference from the hacks I went to first and these two experts at Coltrain. THANKS GUYS.
