I had a bad experience with this mortgage broker. I hate to leave bad reviews but I was just not impressed. I was referred to them by a real estate agent who I did not end up using. They were fine in the beginning but they were not able to get my loan processed. We waited 45 days and the day before closing on our dream home they told me that the loan was denied. If I would have stuck with them then I would not have been able to get the home and would have lost about $1800 in deposits and inspections. After I moved from them they were still slow to help me transfer the appraisal information to the new mortgage company and I had to call (and was hung up on) multiple times before they filled out the transfer forms for the appraisal that I paid for. They did have the appearance of being professional but in the end I would not recommend them unless you are a very easy case then maybe.

I was recommended to contact Integrity Financial Services through a coworker back in 2011. I am very pleased and grateful for the opportunity I had in working with this company.The integrity team made everything possible so I could own my first home. My initial consultation was with Tony Paredes, very professional and highly knowledgeable. Tony guided me through the right direction and was able to shop with multiple banks, and obtained a perfect interest rate. Tony not only knows the market, but always willing to share his knowledge, each question was answered quickly, efficiently and with great integrity. The process of buying a house can be very stressful, however with the Integrity team’s assistance it was smooth and stress free. Thank you Tony, and thank you to your team. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Mark and his team at Integrity Financial Services. We purchased a Short Sale and we all know they should be called Long Sales due to how long it takes. Marks team answered all my questions and was very prompt in doing so. Mark helped me through the whole process and even hooked me up with a great home insurance company. Every time I called I got an answer or one very shorlty. All my emails or phone calls were answered very quickly. This was my first home purchase and Mark and his team at Integrity Financial Services made it go very smooth. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again for sure. Thank you Mark!

Overall a good experience for our first home purchase. Sandy kept me in the loop during the process and was prompt with returning my emails. The office staff seemed a bit confused when I showed up to give my deposit but I think they were in the middle of changing some of their internal processes. The closing was on time and went occurred without any setbacks or problems.
