And he really delivered for me and helped me out! I had a slightly more challenging situation than the average loan and Shilo and his team treated me really well. They were responsive, helpful, respectful, and delivered on their promises to me, despite my complex situation. Not the cheapest option, and i am not entirely convinced that it was the best rate at the time, but it was pretty darn close. The brokerage firm is very efficient and convenient however, and that is what you pay for. I was able to close in under 25 days as a first time home buyer. They were also very responsive in my inquiries... usually same day or next day.
