My wife and I spend weeks researching and planning before initially reaching out to Ping Mortgage based upon its fantastic reviews. It is well worth the research. The process is very smooth: no ink-signed papers at all. They could even get my paystubs and w-2s directly from my employer portal according to Yale. But I went ahead give to them. Not only was Yale completely thorough, but provided amazing advice on how we could best position ourselves financially. He offered free escrow waiver, tax and insurance being excluded from the monthly payment. Another big kudos for Yale is his responsiveness. At the time we were buying, the real estate market in Atlanta was absolutely going bonkers. We were literally 48 hours from offer to acceptance and only less than four weeks to close. Yale was right there all the way: always available for a quick call to answer any question that we had, and had everything that we needed on time and with no surprises. They also offer one-time rate float down, should the rates drop before closing. I did not get a chance. We highly recommend Ping Mortgage.

I just completed my mortgage refinance using this company. I cannot speak enough of good words about the professional service provided by Yale and Michelle. First of all, the rate that they provided is the best among six local and national companies that I inquired. Second, they provided me clear instruction every step along the application process. Because my refinance involves cash withdrawal, my wife who currently lives on west coast had to attend the contract settlement. She had schedule conflict on the original date of settlement, so Yale and Michelle had to have me reschedule the date. They were very patient and considerate during the process, still trying best to hold the locked rate for me beyond the lock period. I am utterly satisfied with this company, and do not hesitate to recommend to my friends and colleagues.

It has been a pleasure working with the Ping Mortgage Company. Our experience with Ping Mortgage started about 15 years ago when Ping helped us get the loan for our primary residential property. Last year, when we started to explore the possibility of investment, of course, we went back to Ping Mortgage for our financial needs. Need to double check you numbers as they only give you basic information. The purpose behind that is to add charges in later. Day one everything is perfect to get you in and then till the date of closing, English or communication is a problem then you are hooked into agreeing to all the terms & conditions. Do not recommend, do not get fooled by the low up front fees, it will all come back to you, very unprofessional and I am considering the option will be filing a complaint with the Fair Business Practices about this business

I am so glad that I made the decision to work with The Ping Mortgage Company. Yale is super nice and has answered tons of questions for me. As a first time home buyer, I am not familiar with all the lending & appraisal process, Yale is very patient and explained each step in detail to me. We have done business with Yale & Ping for the past 10 years. The couple is really technology savvy. You can do eSign from start to end. They have a feature to float down your rate should the rate drops before closing. They did once for me --- but rates are gearing up now and I doubt people can really take advantage of that. As far as customer service goes, their cell phone numbers are on their website. I am happy with them.

Just bought my first house in Atlanta and worked with Ping Mortgage. A very professional company and they helped me prepare everything. The thing that I appreciate most is the response speed and time frame. Their CEO usually replies your inquiry email within one hour whenever you sent in. I got some replies in mid night. Very hard working and considerate company, I would definitely recommend to everybody.

Very Unprofessional, just 2 days before my closing date, they said i can not get approved for Loan coz my Debt ratio is higher. They should have found this within 2-3 days when i locked loan with these guys and sent all the papers. Its unethical and should not happen to anyone else I do not want anyone else go thru same pain as i faced.
