First connected with Joe during "shopping for loan" phase, he assisted me in comparing the other quotes that i received and after thorough review, he suggested me to go with big bank based on my workplace benefits. After 1 mth , the big bank denied the loan due to some policy related to immigration and had only few days left for closing. I connected back to Joe on advice and assistance in this critical moment. He assured me that he will try his best to expedite and close on time. He provided me with best rates. Within a day , he got the appraisal and underwriter conditional approval .
