Lakeview owns my loan and I had issues with my Escrow and some reporting on my account from Loancare who services my loan. I spoke with Lakeview Manager Carole Kriete . She immediately took ownership of my issue she followed-up with me almost daily. Her willingness to assist and resolve the issue made a big difference in my overall experience . Not only did she call on my behalf but she made sure that things were changed and everything was documented. She also review all tax documents and she was fair. Being a homeowner is a very personal , especially with current economic times. Everyone wants things to be handle correctly. You never want calling your mortgage company to become a 2nd job on the homeowners part. She made sure that I never felt that way. She continued to provide me with reassurance and resolved my escrow and credit report issue. She went above and beyond her role. I felt like she could feel my frustration and she genuinely cared. I cannot say enough about that experience and her resolving the matter. And before reaching out to them I thought about writing a review that was negative because of the frustration but interacting with her has completely changed my viewpoint on this company.

I was solicited by them for refinancing. I thought that it was a great offer and proceeded with the process. I have gone through the whole gamete that is required. I was told twice that I was approved and would be contacted for a close date. After numerous calls to get things done they decided not to loan. Why? I requested a reason as I knew that everything was in order and there should be no problem. To date no one will contact me with a reason. After spending over 2 months to get this done they declined to move forward. Why would they put me through this? This is not my first go around in a loan process. I have received much faster and more professional service from other providers. Do not use them!

Had a insurance claim on hale damage had to get them to endorse a check first check no problem now the second check which put the claim over 20k has been a night mare my contractor still not paid and it’s been going on since the end of August it’s always something else every time you call supervisors no help as soon as I get my check to the contractor I will refinance with someone else and I recommend anyone why reads this do the same

The worst company ever. They bought my loan from my old company and "lost" the transferred payment from the other company. For SIX months now I have been getting 2 calls a day telling me I am late. I have talked to well over a dozen different people. I went to login today to check and my credentials no longer work. I called them and the number no longer works. I have no idea what is going on.

I have called this company repeatedly in an attempt to get information about my loan that was sold to them. I have left multiple voice messages since no one seems to be available to answer the telephone during business hours and still have not received a call back. However, they called me repeatedly about refinancing after obtaining my loan from PHH. Absolutely horrible service.

Company is very unprofessional. Hard to reach by phone when you having a question concerning your loan process. When you do reach them service is rushed with a take it or leave attitude. Stay away...
