This is not in reference to any particular location but Credit Union One in general. I live in Ohio and this is where they financed my camper that I bought in the Detroit area. I love the camper but HATE dealing with this bank. Everything is a headache with them. The website sucks. I have a hard time paying my bill every month because the website is down or not working correctly. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I wish they would sell my loan.

Online banking is difficult to use and minimalistic, no card given to access my account to deposit through ATM after hours (made banking with this CU difficult as I work). Sat on hold for 30 minutes to spend 2 minutes getting loan payoff info. Will not be banking here again.

I arrived yesterday afternoon to the ATM which was disabled. I had to drive all the way to Farmington to reach the next closest ATM.
