For anyone who is looking for a GREAT home loan experience contact New American Funding. No gimmicks - straight forward honest process. Their Loan consultants are dedicated to you. They will communicate exactly what is needed to close on time with no issues. Having owned and closed 4 times before with other lenders - this is by far the very best experience I could have asked for. Even if you have a loan started with another lender give them a call - they will compare your rate and terms with theirs. If you do it withing a few days their is no ding to your credit. FREE to check. What I particularly like is they do not normally sell your new loan - they actually service it. Same company they want your business long term. No I am not a paid shill or related to anyone (that I know of) with New American. Jason Baumhover you and your team did great!

Scott Sheedy my loan officer was very professional, during the loan application or the closing process, if I had a question when I called he would answer it in a manner I would understand. Then if I had a question after hours I would E-Mail him and he would respond the next morning with the answer. The first day I called, Scott told me " I love helping people, let me help you" and he did. This loan only took 33 days from start to finish, with Scott it was stress free from day one.

I felt no pressure to make a decision before I was ready.
