Daniel de la Torre was super fast always with a fabulous attitude. He cares about us as a 1st buyers. (i was so worry about the appraisal and he knew it, he sent me a text on Friday almost 11 pm that we pass the appraisal). Also, we got some inconvenience in the road but he always give me not just one solution he help you with a lot of alternatives. what more can i say? oh yes even we got a problem because of us (money gift) and even with that we close 12 days before. defined in one word just AWESOM
