I have multiple accounts with Minnco. The staff is always friendly and remembers you by name, unlike the big box banks like Wells Fargo and US bank that treat you like a number. I highly recommend this credit union!!!

Been with the credit union for about 5 years its always the same story poor customer service, always end up get a better interest rate on a car loan or personal loan elsewhere. I will be changing banks
