I was hit by a driver and had a fair amount of back issues. I went through about two years going through consultations with dozens of different law firms incorrectly telling me how to navigate through the flawed system while handling my medical issues. The lawyers i went through were both family friends and highly recommended who i trusted but were unable to get more then 28% of my case value and wanted me to settle my case for a fair amount. I then called Tracy & Fox on christmas eve to align my goals and i was treated like family from day 1 . I was able to speak with a lawyer right away and almost every single time i called with questions or worst case scenario within 24 hrs every single time . That alone is unheard of in the industry. Most importantly it took this firm 1 month to get 3 times more then i expected where it took two years to get my trusted lawyer and numerous others to accomplish far less in comparison. I never once even had to go through a face to face meeting like i did countlessly with my old lawyer in san antonio. I literally did everything from a phone and computer a city away.Needless to say this is the only firm i will trust with any legal advice and case for the rest of my life after this experience. If you are looking for the best professionalism/customer service in the industry, for superior legal work /success with your case&case goals, and for the fastest results legally possible no matter the size of your case then choose this firm rather then some big firm with cheesy tv ads.

When my mother passed away, soon after surgery, I was left with a lot of unanswered questions. I contacted Tracey & Fox and they work diligently to find those answers for our family. Andy Rubenstein was assigned to our case and was extremely empathetic to our situation. He and Daniel Olivo were considerably attentive to all of our concerns and were prompt in communicating all information to us. It is important to note that after the passage of a stringent tort reform law in Texas, there are not many law firms that would put much effort into a Medical Malpractice claim. Since the passage of this law, these types of claims do not payout in high quantities. Finding a law firm that will represent you is quite difficult (speaking from experience). The fact that they took our case on a contingent basis tells you that Tracey & Fox are more interested in justice then a huge pay out. This speaks volumes to their integrity. This is something to truly value when having to hire an attorney. Tracey & Fox has an impeccable reputation credited to their longstanding desire to help individuals battle the obstacles of finding answers and achieving justice.
