My experience with Centennial Lending Group, LLC, was fantastic. I live in Florida, and the property I was purchasing, is in Pennsylvania. All the paperwork requirements were handled expertly, online and on the telephone prior to the closing. I was supposed to attend the closing, however, Hurricane Irma intervened and prevented me from making the trip. Tom Fellenz and his staff rapidly, and efficiently, took care of everything that would be needed in the event that I was not present, including of course, power of attorney which was given to my daughter. The closing went very well, and my daughter was ecstatic. Thanks to Centennial Lending Group for doing a perfect job.

Buying a house should be a pleasant experience and joyful and I can honestly say it was not. I acknowledge and understand that this is a long process and it takes time but this closing should been closed a lot sooner if we had someone that could better handle our situation and that could send us to the correct path. From the very beginning til the very last day of settlement was a disaster, if I could do this again I would rather have done this with my bank. I would not recommend this company!
