I wish there was a negative star, this place is a joke and does not do anything to assist in getting the mortgage that they client desires. They only work for themselves and underwriting ask for so many letter of explanations and so many documents it outrageous, I have been thru the mortgage process a few times and this was by far the worst experience and most stressful. Had I not had a sale and purchase all set I would have told them to forget the mortgage and go elsewhere. Thankfully I have refinanced to the exact loan I wanted to begin with and the process took 3 weeks instead of 2 months of hell. I would start far away from this place. You will have a much better experience elsewhere.

Worst experience EVER! Not with the Main St location but with the Sugarland location. Was a total waste of time, I got referred to this lender by a real estate agent. After processing my loan for 60 days underwriting came back and declined my loan. Why would it take 60 days plus (after I had already gotten my approval letter 4 to 5 weeks prior) to come back and say your employment information did not work out. Working with another lender now that has given me different options and hopefully I can close on the house soon. NEVER would I refer anyone to NRL.

Terrible experience!!!! Not only once, but twice because we thought the first time was a mistake. The second time was worst, we lost thousands of dollars because of the incompetence and misleading information given to us. We lost the potential to purchase two homes.
