I am extremely pleased with Mortgages Unlimited as a company and their ability to get loans completed for their customers when other lenders cannot get them successfully closed. They only have competent loan officers on their team who are experienced and professional. I have worked with Al Coleman many times personally and professionally as a leading Realtor in the Maple Grove area. Al and team are thorough from the loan application process to the final stages of the loan. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Schlling to obtain our home mortgage! He walked us through the paperwork and helped us understand. As first time home buyers we were new to this whole process. Ryan took the time to meet with us before the pre-approval process to tell us what to do to up our credit scores and what not to do.
