Phil simply answers the call to excellence in this industry. My situation was a complicated mess from cleaning up credit, to taking care of debt to income ratios, student loans, multiple job changes. Phil simply put will find the correct way to get you approved for a loan and has your best interest at heart. He is a man with integrity and when he tells you he will make something happy he is good for his word. You should see him in action when he is running through situations in his head, he knows the laws, the statutes, the paperwork, and the numbers. Truly, he is an expert and fully deserving of your business. AAA+ High character and will be my go to guy for realty investments.
