The first time I contacted M & M mortgage was around August 3 2017 we were looking to refinance our home. I spoke with Scott S. and explained to him what we were looking for. I am a person that asks multiple multiple QUESTIONS and sometimes the same question over again. He answered every question I asked with even more explanation for education of refinancing. The first call to M & M mortgage was to gather information regarding refinancing our home I told Scott that I would contact him after I did more research on deciding who we were going to use to refinance our home. We called Scott to tell him that we wanted M & M mortgage to do our refinance. Scott gathered all of our information over the phone and all needed paperwork they needed was emailed ,faxed or texted back to them. Scott was very informative of all needed documents. The only out of pocket expense was for the appraisal. Scott was upfront about everything from the beginning so there were no surprises from M & M mortgage It took about 4 - 5 weeks for everything and that includes the closing as well. It took 1 week for disbursement of our funds. Scott is a very honest young man M & M mortgage should be very honored of having such a creditable BROKER working with them. I will refer people to Scott and would use Scott again. M & M mortgage THANK YOU for a great experience The Johnson"s

I met with one of the team members at M&M Mortgage about refinancing my loan. He advised me to do it as I could get a better interest rate and save around $100 per month. So, I paid $500 for a home inspection which came in slightly lower than he anticipated. He emailed me and stated it would still be fine and we would close mid-July. He advised me to skip my July house payment as we were closing the new loan in the same month. So, I did that. After more going back and forth with him and the lender it became clear it was not going to work with the terms that we had agreed on. He then told me I should just take out more money and have a higher mortgage than I started with and "make home improvements" with the extra cash. Otherwise, we cannot proceed. So, I did not proceed as this was not at all what he told me initially and I was not looking for a HIGHER payment each month. He also returned emails asking for information I had already given him. I would remind him I had already given him this information. So, I would never use this company again and am out $500 because of this. And I was almost late on my July payment--though I did quickly make it so I would not have a late mortgage payment

I first talked with Scott Swenson about refinancing my rental property. There were a lot of things I was not aware of such as needing 6-7 months in reserve for rental property meaning a 6-7,000 dollars in savings to obtain a conventional loan. That being said, Scott found a lender; however, there were a lot of headaches with this particular lender. Scott was wonderful and explained each delay. He was available to my calls anytime of day no matter what event he was at, such as being at dinner with his wife and in-laws. He was always very gracious. When the house was about to close, I had told Scott he could not go on vacation until it was done. Regardless, he did go on vacation; however, he provided another person to take over for him. All in all, it was closed, worked out well and I received the refinancing as promised. Scott Swenson and M & M Mortgage were very helpful, upfront and patient with all my questions.
