this bank has a representative that is a hmong man. he, makes me hate going to this bank, he super unfriendly and always has nasty attitude. being customer service focus he is super stuck up and looks at you with attitude. when he deposit my check in, my fund never posted. i assume he/tcf stole my money. i hate having to fight with dumb people who cant do there job right. i am sure to leave tcf bc of there sorry customer service and unfriendly services they promise.
