I noticed a bad review and thought it was necessary to post one myself. I have been banking at CCCU for 18 years and have ALWAYS been impressed with their service and professionalism. I have been in the lobby and have noticed some of the disrespectful customers they have to sometimes deal with. Let me say this, some of the tellers know me by face, but still require an ID for a transaction...AS THEY SHOULD! Their job is to protect your personal information and $$$. CCCU in St. Paul gets an A++++++++

I recently visited the St. Paul branch to get Gold Medallion Signatures as well as notarization of important legal documents. As always, I was met by friendly, professional staff members who provided me with the service I needed in a quick and efficient manner. This is a great place to bank. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of joining a credit union.
