This is far overdue... Closed on our second home last May with David Willoughby and Benchmark Mortgage in under 30 days. Both my Husband and I were blown away by the phenomenal service and thorough care. Words do not do justice for how filled with warmth and joy by the whole process we are. We went with Benchmark via a recommendation from our trusty realtor. I knew from the moment I contacted David with questions regarding our situation that we would go with them for the proceedings. David displayed knowledge and expertise with VA loans that I had not seen anywhere else. Our needs were met in a timely manner. From start to finish we were seen to with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Even after closing I knew we made a connection with an outstanding organization and person.
