ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, first of all the VIP parking is a joke. We had to wait while they directed the free parking cars into their lots in front of us. Even when those cars stopped due to bottleneck, the attendant wouldnt let us continue to the VIP lot. When we tried to go around him, he jumped on the front of my car screaming. YOU WILL WAIT! At the end of the show they had closed all exits except for one, so they made us merge 4 lanes of traffic into 1 lane that directed us away from the highway. The route they gave us had us travel 1 mile down the road and make a UTurn to go right back passed the exit that we just came out of. Ridiculous. Our friends took the free parking and were out and on the highway in less than 20 minutes. We sat in traffic for over an hour due to the merging, the Uturn and all the closed exits. A total waste of $25. During the show, the singer came into the crowd and headed toward the back of the pavilion. Of course lots of people in the front sections tried to head to the back to see him, once he was done, security blocked the front sections and you could not get back into your seats even with your ticket stub. Check out UTube you can see for yourself, after Shinedown does Simple Man, the pavilion is about empty, thats because security wouldnt let you back into your seats. They had a guard in the ladies bathroom blocking half of the stalls so it was impossible to get in and out of the bathroom between shows. You had to go in the exit and sneak into the back part of the bathroom if you had any hope of getting in and out in under 30 minutes. I understand the attendants checking tickets at the pavilion to make sure you actually have seats but how about having more then two people who also have to watch the beer cans. They sell beer in cans but you cant take it in the pavilion so there was a huge bottleneck to enter the pavilion when each band started while they made you pour your beer into cups. We missed half of the first song of the first two bands due to this delay until we realized it was easier to go in through the back of the pavilion and then come down through the seats to the front sections. I paid good money for my tickets and was not impressed with the sneaking in the bathroom and touring the pavilion. It was not what I paid for. I feel sorry for the Indy fans that have to put up with such behavior from the venue. The sound was terrible, if you didnt know the songs, you wouldnt have been able to recognize them at all. The bands kept apologizing but it was really bad sound. This was the third and last chance for this venue, we wont be back.

Have been to. concerts all over the world, 1st time there, very pleased with the experience. Good seats all around. The park is clean, workers are nice (even when I complained about $4.50 for a bottle of water), Having employees with carts full of cold drinks for sale walking among the crowd is very smart, wish they did that at River Bend in Ohio. Parking was a good, clean area with easy access to it. Security was good but not intrusive. Even the lawn area was elevated just right so you had a good view of the stage area. Will go again.

I grew up in Markleville 30 minutes away. I have worked there. I have enjoyed shows there. A trues hidden gem of Indiana. Tom Petty always put on the best shows. Great environment, friendly staff and great people. A must see for concert fans. Best concert venue in Indiana. Hotels, camping, and interstate nearby. Restaurants, and shops within a mile of venue. When I pass please bury me at DEER CREEK (original name off venue).

When I went to pick up my tickets to Dave Matthews I was told I was mistaken. One hour and many phone calls later, it appears that they did not check all possible places the tickets could have been because my tickets were instantly found when I absently mentioned the dave matthews warehouse. Who knew that when they say pick up at "will-call" that means you also need to explain to them to LOOK EVERYWHERE!!

Went to the Jeff and Larry Backyard BBQ event and had a great time with my family. The show was wonderful. The bands were awesome and the comedians were hilarious. I must say that the price for alcoholic beverages were quite high, but that is to be expected. The employees at the music center were very helpful on answering questions and giving directions. Leaving the Legacy Parking lot was extremely easy.

The staff is friendly and overall very helpful. The concert shirt selection was great with many choices. The food and beverages were pretty pricey, not worth the $14 for a chicken tender platter as it was cold and old. The concerts I have seen here were thrilling and punctual. Expect to have your mind blown with the incredible light shows that beat with the music!!!! I will visit many more times.

Went for the dead and co. I had lawn seats, and i could see pretty well. The sound was awesome, staff was friendly. It was a huge place. They let people bring in unopened watee bottles, blankets, and chairs. I habe never been to a venue that allows you to bring water inside. Drinks were expensive, and it took forever to get out of the parking lot. But that is to be expected at any venue.

Originally from Anderson and we live in MI now and attend many concerts at Pine Knob (aka DTE Energy Music-Clarkston), But, when our favorite performers play at Deer Creek AND Pine Knob, we make a concert road trip. The two venues are very similar, but different. DC has always been a good venue to attend concerts and we enjoy it very much. Looking forward to Foreigner again tonight!

Concerts are decent. Prices are insane for anything. Klipsch can not direct traffic. Klipsch needs something better than their current management. I would recommend skipping this venue for anywhere else that cares for there patrons. It should not take 90 plus minutes to leave there lot. Maybee they should fire all there help and start over if they even care.

Do NOT go without having your tickets printed off. There is NO cell service in the area. So the LiveMusic app will not load to bring up your tickets. Would give two stars but the customer service was soooo great, I have to give four. ESPECIALLY Amy Y! She really helped to give my hubby a great bday experience. A 24oz beer is $11.50 so keep that in mind too.

Great venue, but not much in regard to sustainability. Plastic straws strewn about and partially buried in the grass and no recycling receptacles for all the plastic and aluminium from the food and beverage vendors This is an outdoor venue, so I imagine the birds that frequent here after the humans leave, end up eating lots of plastic debris.

My first concert was Kid Rock and best believe he rocked the stage !!! I wish he would come every year !!!! I have enjoyed many concerts over the years !! But all time favorites are Kid Rock Jason Aldean Luke Bryan Fed Leopard Journey Tyler Farr and many many more!! But Kid Rock needs to make an appearance at least once a year !!!

It was a great experience seeing Brantley Gilbert and Tyler Farr. Although I felt like 7.50 for a bottle of water was a bit much. Gates opened exactly on time. Staff was very nice. However leaving, it was horrible. Trying to walk out of the amphitheater to get to the parking lot was shoulder to shoulder with people.

Great place but it is big, be prepared to do alot of walking. The walking did not bother us but it may with others. Yes there is handicap parking. That gets you a little closer but still a lot of walking. We would go back if there is a group we want to see. Sincerely Roger H.

Tons of great acts come here. There are no bad seats, you can bring in unopened bottled water and a gallon-size ziplock bag of snacks. If you opt for lawn seating you can bring a blanket or low beach chair(<9") to sit on. The audio is terrific so you can hear the band above all of the people near you singing along!

Love this place an the venues are great watched Tom Petty an the Heartbreakers on there 40th anniversary tour. Also seen him perform his thirty anniversary tour at that time it was called the Verizon Center, But now it is the Klipsch Center a great place to watch an as far as sound goes great.

Went there for the Panic at the Disco and Weezer concert recently. Awesome venue, and great seating options. I greatly enjoyed my time there. I kinda wish there was some form of shuttles or something for some of the parking areas because some of them are a pretty far walking distance.

Went to a Daughtry/Nickelback concert here. We loved the venue. We upgraded to the Legacy Club which got us access to better bathrooms and shorter lines for food and drinks. Would definitely go back for another concert, they have lots of great artists performing all summer!

AKA: Deer Creek. Great place to see a show, as long as it is not raining of course. Have sat in both the pavilion and the lawn. They have video screens for the lawn patrons. You generally get to do more sitting on the lawn as everyone in seats elects to stand for the shows.

What a well run facility! The parking was a breeze and very organized as was the facilities inside the concert venue. It definitely made it easy for someone with anxiety when coming to a place like this. What a great time that was had by all in our group. Thank you!

As compared to other outdoor facilities that are within a short drive, this venue is below average when dealing with crowd management, vendors, and other convenient amenities to have customers return ... Bob Seger was wonderful, but the venue tainted the experience.

This is a great outdoors venue. The concerts I have been to have all been great concerts and great audiences. Employees and vendors were able to accommodate my requests. Klipsch gave me a fan at the last concert to keep cool. Tickets are priced for all budgets.

The concert was awesome. The parking SUCKED. Waited over an hour after the concert before anyone in our parking area could leave. It was like no one knew how to direct traffic. I will definitely look for other places to see a concert before I come back here.

I love this venue. I didnt like having to wait in line even though I had a VIP pass that was stupid. The point of the pass is early entry, access, and so on. But I had a great time after I got in and I love the vip lounges and the food stands.

I love this place!!!! My favorite part of summer in Indiana is the Music Center. This year was the best by far with all the new rules & safety precautions. Overly priced for alcoholic beverages but an over all awesome experience!

Overall the place was amazing. The only complaint I have is the price of nearly everything inside lol. $13 for a beer is just a little ridiculous. Well that and having to pull your ticket out every time you walked somewhere lol.

This is my go to place for concerts! Absolutely the best atmosphere for outdoor concerts along with outstanding staff who make every effort to get you in and out safe and fast! Bring plenty of money for drinks ..EXPENSIVE...

Comfy seats, good views, beautiful sunsets, security could be better, a fist fight broke out, security eventually came but by that time the fight had already calmed down. But I guess that could happen anywhere.

Enjoy this place for concert season. Whether you are in the lawn or pit, you are sure to have a great time. However, I suggest always tailgating as you will spend your life savings if you try to drink inside.

Love this place! Always will be Deer Creek to me. Place is large enough to be a little less intimate but small enough to enjoy music with a group of friends. I have never had a bad experience here!

Great concert venue. Beer prices start at $10. Portable bathrooms located on each side of the venue. Also brick and mortar bathroom on near entrance/left of stage when viewing from seats or lawn.

A sold out show... surprisingly easy bathroom access. Beer was also easy to acquire. Like the World in Tinley Park, Il. Parking attendants were awesome and believe me that was not expected.
