AEM was very helpful to us as first time homebuyers. The pre-approval and rate they provided ultimately turned out to be the best for us, but throughout the process they were not pushy, responsive to our needs, and very helpful throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in calling upon their services again. Our Mortgage Planner Nicole Bechtel was courteous, punctual, and on-the-spot with answers to our many questions, day or night. I cannot recommend her enough.
