I like the new facility. Delores is a great agent. Unfortunately every time I try to call I end up getting directed to somebody in New Jersey through the automated system which SUCKS! So frustrating! Now I have to get on my motorcycle in the rain and drive to my local office just to make simple changes to my policy that could easily be done on the phone if I could only get through!!! Arrrggghh!

Came in to get a copy of my insurance card and they made additional copies and gave me a folder to put them in which can be stored in the glove compartment. Went in, checked in, had a representative help me, and got it all done in less than 5 minutes!
