AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Several of the agents are incompetent and behave foul. They first lost the paperwork for my policy, made me wait 45 minutes while they searched for it, never created a proper file for it, gave me wrong and conflicting instructions, told me to call the insurance company myself to sort out the mess they caused and got nasty and belligerent with me when I asked for a status. WHO NEEDS THAT GARBAGE. I dumped them and went elsewhere. JUST AWFUL! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Be careful! Not one, but two agents, misrepresented the terms of my homeowners policy causing me to pay double. They blame it on uneducated agents in the office, however, there more than one that are not properly trained. They sell you something and then you get a big surprise months later. Then they do nothing to try to rectify it. I would NEVER go there again and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. Would not like to see this happen to anyone else. STAY AWAY!

I stopped in to make changes to my insurance and was so impressed on how much the office has changed. It is so beautiful now and I did not have to wait. Everytime I came in years ago I always had to wait forever because there was no help. Now the office is loaded with GREAT help and plenty of it. Its busy but nobody is waiting. I definitely recommend Great Florida Insurance Port St. Lucie. Best rates and customer service in town. Great Florida is GREAT!!!!
