I completed an application for health insurance on 12/04/2014 to start 01/01/2015, by way of my husband’s employment. I have been waiting to receive my membership cards since the first of the year. While trying to make routine appointments I found out that my daughter and I did not have health insurance with this company. I started calling even more, and finally I got someone on the line and they told me that they would take care of it. Then they called me back 3 days later letting me know that they could not add us to the insurance because our marriage license did not have the proper wording that they want on it. I beg to differ I have been married for 17 years, and our license is from the County Clerk Office. I have called Maria in benefits 17 times, Greg in verification 3 times, and the Mark Schmalenberg the VP 4 times, and Mark Dadabbo the President 1 time. This company is a Joke…. Be aware!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER REPS I CALLED TODAY TO GET AN INS BREAKDOWN WHEN SPEAKING WITH THE REP LISA I TRIED TO ASK HER A QUESTION SHE SOUNDED ANNOYED AND HAD A RUDE TONE I ASKED IF SHE COULD GIVE A SECOND TO RAISE MY VOLUME AND INSTEAD OF RESPONDING TO ME SHE DECIDED TO HANG UP AND WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS SENT TO VOICEMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES AND NOW AM UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYBODY IF THIS IS THE WAY THIS INSURANCE TREATS ITS PROVIDERS THEY NO BUSINESS IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD AND SHOULD NOT EMPLOYEE SUCH AND IGNORANT PEOPLE UNFORTUNATELY I DO HAVE TO CALL BACK AND TRY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEBODY HOPEFULLY MY NEXT REVIEW WILL BE BETTER THANK YOU FOR NOT HELPING LISA........

This Company absoultly is HORRIBLE~ One of their insured drivers hit me over a month ago and I have not heard back from them. I have left numerous voicemails to Lisa Shimko and she has refused to call me back. This 18 wheeler side swipped my 2016 jeep and adjuster has said it is going to cost $11,000 to fix it. My next move is to contact DOT and get this trucker off the roads due to negligence. Wish I could give them ZERO starts this company really is bad. Looks like I need to seek legal advice. Good Luck to you folks having to deal with them.

I had a question regarding my insurance coverage so I called fully expecting to get the run around based on my experiences with other insurance companies. I did have to leave a message, but within a half hour I received a call back from someone who was very kind and patient with my questions because I had several. I wish I could give no stars. This company is the worst and the customer service is even worse. First time I called I was hung up on right after the phone was picked up. When I called back I got a jackass on the phone who was not professional at all. My employer would never allow their employees to be disrespected......HORRIBLE!!!!

I had to call this company in a professional capacity, not as one of their clients (thank God). I have never experienced such terrible customer service! Laura was openly abrasive and offered no help whatsoever. I truly feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this company. Shockingly unprofessional.

Horrible. 10 years with this company and never once has someone ever answered the phone when I have called. They do not have a website to go to in order to try and find out info on your own. They ask you to leave personal info on voicemails such as SSN and they say they will call you back.

As a provider, DO NOT get this insurance company stay away from it, unprofessional, worst phone automated system for provider line meaning your provider will spend ALOT OF TIME trying to get your benefits. No one has time to do all that.
