The money store is HORRIBLE!! Beware to anyone who think to use the money store. It is a very corrupt company. You can not get a solid answer when you ask a question. Krista Kurlis is one of the branch managers and speak about uneducated she is very rude and tries to out talk you or talk around you instead of listening to you. Todd Jackson who was our original loan officer had alot of information up until the time it came to our closing then he was no help at all he some how got stuck with the lie or keep his job so he is no good as well. James Jablonski another rude uneducated person when I asked him about our funds that we paid at closing he could not answer me and then he became very rude and had a very harsh nasty voice tone. Mary Ann as well she had no clue of anything. if you want your money lost your paperwork lost and you like getting the run around then this is the perfect company for you. The way these people speak to you about your money is ridiculous!!! I am reporting this fake bank to the FCC as well as going to banking and insurance because this place will try anything to rob people who do not know the home buying process. I would never use them for anything DO NOT think this is a great way to go it will cause you more of a headache than you need due to people in thus company not being educated on how a loan process should go!

Got my original Home Loan and refinanced through them 1 1/2 years later. Both times process was smooth and met the time lines that they originally committed to. Pricing was very competitive and there were no surprise charges at the last minute. Did everything via email/internet.

Horrible rude people to deal with. They have no clue what they are doing. Not helpful, with nasty attitude. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company. I would not recommend them to the worst enemy.

I decided not to refinance with them, but they continue spam calling my cell phone several times a day. I have asked them to stop 3 times and have now filed a complaint with the FCC.
