What an amazing experience I had with Trident Home Loans. I was having a horrible experience with a local "affiliate" bank when my down deposit went from being only $6,000 to over $12,000!! Something was just not sitting right and thankfully Trident Homes was mentioned to us by a friend. We immediately got online and filled out an application and heard from the amazing Joan Santiago the very next day. SHE WAS OUR LIFE SAVER. Not only did she tell us that we were pretty much getting taken for with our down deposit, but told us she could have us closed in just 2 weeks...2 WEEKS! The most amazing thing about Joan was her honesty about every procedure and question we had, and as first time home buyers we had a lot. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone tell us what to expect instead of sugar coating it so that we were blind sided later. The closing in two weeks is no small matter to skip over in this review. The reason this was so amazing, was because we had bought this house with the intent to move right in only to find out there was a 90day flip law that would keep us from doing so. Our previous loan officer NEVER mentioned this and allowed us to tell our landlord we would be out in 4 weeks so that we could move into our new house. This of course could not happen as we did not have enough time for the 90 day flip law to pass to legally purchase the home/move in and the scam banker needed a full 30 days to close. When we spoke to Joan not only did she know this law, she was baffled that no one told us this. We were literally about to be homeless thanks to the scam of a banker we were working with but Joan saved us. When the day came that we could buy she went into over time, even allowing us to come to her home and sign all paperwork at 9:00 at night so that we could get the paperwork in and back in time to be out of our house and into our new home without missing a beat...and she did!!! I could not imagine ANY ONE giving her a bad review or this company a bad review. They worked with me giving me options of an FHA loan, USDA loan and ways we could have no down payment at all. Joan worked day and night and answered her phone every time I needed a question answered and opened her home to us to ensure paperwork was turned in with time to spare. I would NEVER go to another loan company and I tell everyone that Joan Santiago is literally a life saver!! We love our new home in Santa Rosa Beach, and we can only thank Joan & Trident Home Loans for making that happen!

I have used Stacy Haynes with Trident Home Loans as my mortgage broker now three times, once to purchase my primary residences and since I have used her too refi my primary home as well as my second home. I chose Stacy as well as Trident Home Loans because they were untouchable as far as the rates and fees are concerned and the kind great friendly atmosphere. At any time before or after hours Stacy was reachable or called me back within the hour. Not only is the company just great at what they do, but they also support the local community in all areas. I have since referred them to two other families and they did follow through with using them to purchase a home so I hope that you will read my review and consider using them too.

I recently went through Trident home loans to purchase my new house. I was working with Gulf winds and last minute they told me they could not do the loan due to some discrepancies with my credit. When I called Christy Pike she took a huge weight off of my shoulders and took on the challenge and went above and beyond! She answered all of my questions/concerns in a very timely manner. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me every step of the way and I am sure I bugged her to death.
