I made my 1st home purchase with Dan and had no clue how any of it worked. Dan took the time to sit down and go over the process and answered all my questions. My main questions to Dan were about a conventional loan vs. VA loan. I ended up choosing VA loan and he knew exactly what to! Dan showed up at closing to answer and last minute questions make sure all went well and it did!
